Floral bouquet for candy
themed party If you're on a budget to create the perfect
centerpiece and have a lot of time on your hand, then
you can put together a bouquet with nine hand-made
carnations made out of just tissue papers. They are perfect as
gifts to family or friends, weddings and birthdays!
I've put up a video tutorial on how to put together a bouquet of
floral carnations made from tissue paper. I had a great
time making 8 of these for my friend's baby's first
